What is a Buyers Agent?

A Buyers Agent works for the Buyer, and has a fiduciary responsibility for the best interest of the Buyer as the main objective.

Sellers are represented by a Listing Agent who work for and have the best interest of the Seller as their fiduciary responsibility. That is why a Buyer should never go directly to, or negotiate price and terms with a Listing Agent.

A good Buyers Agent can be invaluable in the saving of time, money and the smooth closing of a real estate transaction.
