properties for which I arrange to be rented. I
do not work for the owners, I work for YOU
and represent your interests only. From
ensuring a smooth and carefully constructed
transaction to a thorough walk through inspection
to taking possession of the home and following up
with you to ensure your complete satisfaction.
Often I am asked to refer other services such
as movers, storage, furniture rental, and other
related moving necessities. I have a tried
and tested reliable team in place should you be in
need of these additional services. I will
upon request provide you with maps of the area,
lists of local utilities and services such as
electric, cable T.V., phone, water and other
related services to facilitate your move. In
addition to this I can provide you with a list of
schools in the area of your choice along with
their current rankings and standardized test scores
to ensure your children receive the best education
available in the area you choose.
I can also advise and guide you how to find our
best local restaurants, shopping, recreational
facilities such as golf courses, fishing and
boating, professional sports arenas, cultural
centers, transportation, postgraduate educational
institutions and of course our beautiful world
class beaches. I have lived and worked in South
Florida for over 25 years and I know the area
exceptionally well. Feel free to inquire
about any of the above mentioned amenities.
I am a transactional agent licensed by The Florida
Real Estate Commission, a member of the Realtor
